The House Manager

The House Manager looks after the smooth running of the development making sure the gardening, window and internal cleaning is maintained at a high standard. Fostering a real sense of community and providing a warm welcome when you first move in, when on site, the House manager is the first point of contact should you need to summon assistance via the emergency call system. This “good neighbour” role is valued on the many occasions when residents require advice and help in sorting minor day to day problems.

24hr Careline

Your own personal pendant gives peace of mind, summoning assistance in an emergency at the press of a button. With links to the House Manager or Careline, help is at hand day and night, each and every day of the year. Discreet call buttons are also placed in all apartments and in the Owners Lounge and lift.

Security entrance system

At the front entrance of each development a camera security system is installed. It can be linked to your own TV set so that you can identify visitors before remotely letting them in from your apartment. An intercom also allows you to speak with visitors should your TV be turned off.

The Owners Lounge

The Owners Lounge, with kitchenette, provides the perfect place for you to relax and socialize with your new neighbours. Luxuriously furnished and with garden and patio access where possible, it is a hub of activity come summer or winter.

The Guest Suite

In most of our developments, a furnished twin bedded hotel style guest suite with en-suite and TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities is provided for your invited guests. The House Manager organizes bookings at a very modest rate.

Lift

All developments have a lift so having to cope with stairs is no longer a problem. Adapted for safety with soft close doors, there is also a link to Careline for added personal security.

Landscaped Gardens

The grounds are landscaped to provide attractive vistas and sheltered seating areas and are fully maintained, although residents are welcome to do a little light gardening.
