24 Hr Careline

Your own personal pendant gives peace of mind, summoning assistance in an emergency at the press of a button. With links to the House Manager or Careline, help is at hand day and night, each and every day of the year. Discreet call buttons are also placed in all apartments and in the Owners Lounge and Lift.

CCTV and Door Entry System

Opening your front door to strangers need no longer be a cause for concern. The main entrance camera security system can be linked to a channel on your TV in your apartment so that you can identify visitors before remotely letting them in from your apartment. An intercom also allows you to speak with visitors should your TV be turned off.

Temperature and smoke alarms

Environmental monitoring sensors are linked to Careline to identify and locate abnormalities within the building and provide for an emergency response when activated.
