24 Hr on site staffing and 24Hr Careline

The Estate Manager is assisted by a team of dedicated staff, providing 24Hr cover on site in case of an emergency. This on site presence is further backed up by the 24Hr Careline monitoring system.

Restaurant

The on site kitchen provides lunch every day for residents at a modest cost. There is a choice of menu and consideration is given to special dietary requirements. Waitress service is provided in the restaurant and in the event of illness meals can also be served in the residents apartment. A separate private dining suite is also available for parties.

Lounge/Conservatory

The elegantly furnished lounge and conservatory areas adjacent to the restaurant provide an ideal pre lunch meeting place and post lunch relaxation area and a suitable venue for entertainment at other times.

Coffee Bar

The coffee bar is available for use throughout the day. There is a magazine and book exchange as well as a computer with internet access for residents use and post facilities for those preferring traditional means of communication..

Activities Room

Designed to be adaptable, the activities room lends itself to a range of uses. Exercise/Keep fit, Bridge, Dancing, Talks, Classes and Cinema nights are just some of the activities available.

Salon & Treatment Room

A hair salon and treatment room for visiting community healthcare services such as chiropody is provided within each development.

Laundry

Each floor has a laundry room with separate washers and dryers conveniently raised for ease of use.

Guest Suite

A twin bedded hotel style Guest Suite with en-suite and TV, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities is provided for visiting family and friends. The Estate Manager organizes bookings at a very modest rate. Residents may also book their guests into the restaurant for lunch.

Security

Your personal safety and security is paramount. Just as in our conventional Retirement apartment developments, there is a Security Entrance system and Environmental Monitoring systems are installed.

Lift

A lift serves all floors and is adapted for safety with soft close doors and a link to Careline.

Sensory Gardens

The grounds are landscaped and fully maintained to provide attractive vistas and sheltered seating areas. The planting regime is designed to provide scent and colour throughout the year.
