Extra Care retirement apartments are energy efficient and benefit from the same low running costs as our conventional retirement apartments.

The service charge is necessarily higher to cover the extra facilities such as the Restaurant and increased level of staff cover. However, the costs compare favourably with those of a residential home, and maintaining ownership of your own home is for many a preferred option compared with having to sell the family home to pay for rented residential or nursing fees.
